Day 1:

Welcome meeting hosted by your guide. Your guide will run through the itinerary for your walks over the next few days. Your Evening is then at your leisure where you can enjoy short self guided walks around Lough Eske or simply relax beside one of our many turf fires with a glass of fine wine.

Day 2:

Assemble at reception at 10.00am where your guide will give you a pre walk lecture about today’s walk –Slieve League.
The Slieve League Peninsula in south-west Donegal has some of the most scenic walks in Europe and Slieve League Cliffs are the highest cliffs above sea level in Europe. Standing at the viewing point on Slieve League in Donegal an amazing sea vista and landscape open before you. From here we can see across Donegal Bay to counties Leitrim, Sligo and Mayo, out to the west is the Atlantic Ocean as far as the eye can see.

Duration - 2hrs   Travel – 2hrs (own transport required)

Day 3:

This is an opportunity to sample a delightful selection of the Bluestack Way, which passes from the front gate of the hotel. Taking the path way to the east of Banagher Hill through the Eglish Valley and along the foothills of the Bluestack Mountains.

Duration - 4hrs   Travel – Depart on foot from hotel

Before we bid you farewell you may decide on a lakeside stroll or a ramble through Ardnamona woods which is most renowned for its wonderful display of Rhododendrons at your own leisure.
