Halloween Ghost Tour at Harvey’s Point

Come and join us…. if you dare, for a spooky walking tour after dark on the shores of Lough Eske at 7pm, Saturday 27th October 2012.

Follow Moriarty, the fiendish grave digger, who will lead you along dark and mist shrouded roads by the light of his lantern.

Ghost story walk includes

Hear spine tingling tales of demon black cats, banshees and witches that once roamed the Bluestack Mountains

Visit the grounds of Lough Eske Castle by lantern night and hear about ghosts that haunt the castle’s ancient cellars

Hear the treacherous tales of highway men in Barnes Gap, phantom hitch-hikers, and ancient superstitions such as ‘The Hungry Grass’ as we gather by the old famine pot

Find out whether the Lough Eske Monster really lurks beneath the lake’s mysterious deep waters

Spooky surprises along the walk. Goody bags and treats for children big and small.

Tour departs Harvey’s Point Hotel at 7pm sharp Saturday 27th of October

Tour Duration: 1.5 hours and a 3km walk

Tour Costs: €5 per person,  €15 for a family
