The Indian-born executive head chef at Ananda Restaurant in Dundrum, Dublin will be at Harvey’s Point Hotel, on Wednesday 11th November and Thursday 12th November when he will prepare a Feast of India’ Tasting Menu for guests in the famous Lakeside Restaurant. The five course dinner, preceded by a Prosecco Reception, will include regional specialities from the Sub Continent as well as his own modern interpretation of Indian cuisine..
