Harvey's Point Country Hotel is seeking an individual with drive, ambition and strong interpersonal skills to lead and co-ordinate and has the ability to deliver high levels of Customer Service within this busy environment, coupled with the skills and knowledge to train and motivate a team.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
• Design brand operational, amenity and service standards.
• Prepare brand annual and long range business plans.
• Create strategies and marketing plans.
• Identify, articulate, promote and execute brand positioning initiatives.
• Conduct market research to better understand customer needs, trends, and strategic opportunities.
SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
• Requires 6-8 years experience in staff level hotel management and/or operations.
• Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA, CHA Highly Preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in hotel operations, business planning and product innovation.
• Exceptional leadership skills within a team environment.
