When it comes to things to do, whatever the weather there are numerous indoor activities locally. There are three public leisure centres locally Ballyshannon, Buncrana and Bundoran all provide swimming pools, sauna, steam rooms and gyms. There is also a number of activity centres locally such as: Go-Karting, Ten Pin Bowling, indoor play centres and Paint Balling. The most recent addition to indoor activities in the county has been a brand new state-of-the-art Planetarium in Inisowen. The museum also has other attractions such as nautical exhibits, memorabilia, modern & ancient maritime equipment and Irish boats which promise a good days entertainment for everyone.
