Chocolate Chip Cookie

Colin's Chocolate Chip Cookies 

Here is what you need:

250g.  Soft butter
200g.  Soft brown sugar
250G. Caster sugar
2.       Eggs
2Tsp   Vanilla extract
450g. Self raising flour
150g. Milk chocolate chips/chunks
150g. Dark chocolate chips/chunks
200g. White chocolate chips/chunks 

 

Method

1. Cream the butter and sugar
2. Add 2 eggs and vanilla extract
3. Slowly mix in flour
4. Mix in the chocolate chips
5. Weight out the cookie dough 80g each and leaving space between each to allow for spreading.
6. Bake for 10-12 mins or until firm at the edges but still soft in the middle – they will harden a little as they cool.
Leave to cool on the tray for a few mins before eating warm
