 Chef de Partie

Primary Objectives

To always maintain and manage the required high operational and personal standard of hygiene and presentation in compliance with the HACCP system. The preparation, cooking and service of food as directed by the senior chef de partie in charge of the section, whilst complying with portion control and presentation standards.

 Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

 To assist the kitchen management and senior chef de parties to ensure the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with the front of house teams.

To assist in the ordering of food items when necessary.
To ensure all food leaves the kitchen in a safe sound manner.
To adhere to our HACCP system.
To work as a team. Teamwork makes the dream work.
To respect all members of staff.
To attend training courses when required.
To complete relevant paperwork.
To report for duty on time and in a clean tidy full uniform.
To carry out your duties in a professional manner.
To leave your area clean and tidy for the next shift.

Trainee Chef

Primary Objective

 The objective of this role is to gain knowledge of all culinary offerings throughout the kitchen. A Trainee Chef prepares food and carries out basic cooking tasks under the supervision of a more senior chef.

 Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

 To assist the Head Chef so that the kitchen operations run smoothly.

To adhere to our HACCP system.
To work as a team. Teamwork makes the dream work.
To respect all members of staff throughout the hotel.
To adhere to health and safety regulations of the hotel.
To complete relevant paperwork.
To report for duty on time and in a full neat tidy uniform.
To carry out duties to the best of your ability.
To follow the guidance of the senior team and be willing to learn.

Food & Beverage Waiter/waitress - Full-Time Permanent Position

Task, Duties and Responsibilities

Working in Harvey’s Bar, Lakeside Restaurant and Banqueting
Meet, greet and serve our guests to Harvey’s Point standard
Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times
Deal with guests’ requests in an effective and timely manner
Upsell products and services of Harvey’s Point
Cleanliness of all areas, outside and inside
Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the workplace

Essential Requirements

Available to work weekdays, weekends and late shifts 
Must perform well in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
