Sales & Marketing Administrator
Due to our business expanding, we currently have an opportunity for a hardworking and self-motivated individual to join our Sales & Marketing Team as a Sales & Marketing Administrator.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, be reliable, a good communicator, a team player and have a passion to work in the hospitality industry.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
• To upgrade and maintain the Harvey’s Point website.
• Managing campaigns on social media.
• To assist with setting up and monitoring PPC campaigns in accordance with the marketing plan and budgets
• To administrate and monitor third-party sites
• To design graphics, e-zines, posters and adverts for use online, on social networks and printed material for in-house.
• Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
• Conduct research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Assist with organising and attending events and launches
• To update the customer database and send e-zines as required
• To assist the accounts department with the till reads each morning
• Compile revenue data for daily reporting each morning
• Compile Daily Income Audit
• Assist the Events team when required
Experience, and skills required for the position:
• Proven experience of working in a similar administration role to have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role, ideally, in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills.
• Work on own initiative to meet deadlines, is flexible, positive, and confident.
• Excellent IT skills are required – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• An interest in social media and digital marketing will be a distinct advantage.
• You will exercise attention to detail, be passionate, organised, and able to communicate professionally and effectively.

Receptionist/Reservations Agent – Maternity Leave Cover
Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check-in, check-out, and reservations, and will report directly to the Front Office Manager. You will have intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.
Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests’ expectations
· Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check-in/out and complete audit procedures, as required
· Take ownership of guests’ issues and take action to resolve them immediately

Job Requirements:
· Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
· A natural ability to sell the Harvey’s Point Experience

· Experience in revenue management systems desirable
· Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS an advantage

Chef de Partie
Primary Objectives
To always maintain and manage the required high operational and personal standard of hygiene and presentation in compliance with the HACCP system. The preparation, cooking and service of food as directed by the senior chef de partie in charge of the section, whilst complying with portion control and presentation standards.

To assist the kitchen management and senior chef de parties to ensure the kitchen operations run smoothly, working together with the front of house teams.
To assist in the ordering of food items when necessary.
To ensure all food leaves the kitchen in a safe sound manner.

Trainee Chef
Primary Objective
The objective of this role is to gain knowledge of all culinary offerings throughout the kitchen. A Trainee Chef prepares food and carries out basic cooking tasks under the supervision of a more senior chef.
