Over the years, he has ventured into various artistic forms, including etching, tapestry, stone sculpture, and pen and ink drawings. Anne-Marie firmly believes that yoga is for everyone, irrespective of age or level of flexibility. She understands the profound impact it can have on individuals, offering invaluable support in navigating life's challenges with a positive mindset. Her unique teaching approach brings the philosophy of yoga alive, making it accessible and practical for integration into everyday life.
Drawing from her background as a primary school teacher and kinesiologist, Anne-Marie seamlessly combines her roles as an educator and communicator.
