Our policy is to host one wedding a day so you can be assured that you and your guests are our number one priority.
Our stunning Ballroom Suite, which has panoramic views of Lough Eske lake, can seat up to 270 guests for a sit-down meal.
No. Our packages are designed to be clear and concise so that all charges are clear with no hidden costs.
Harvey’s Point is open all year-round and is not available for exclusive use. However, our Ballroom Suite offers a wonderful sense of exclusivity, with its own private entrance and spacious foyer. Adjacent to the Ballroom is our beautiful Garden Suite, which is ideal for hosting your ceremony or drinks reception. This dedicated area allows you and your guests to enjoy a private and intimate celebration while benefiting from all the facilities of the hotel.
We have an extensive wine list to choose from and our team are very happy to help you make the right choices for you and your guests. We do not allow alcohol to be brought onto the premises.
Yes. We are happy to reserve a number of our suites at a preferential rate for the night of your wedding, along with 12 cabin-style rooms in our onsite Lodge, ensuring your closest family and friends can stay and celebrate with you.
Yes, we have a stunning Honeymoon suite that we are delighted to offer complimentary for the night of your wedding.
No, you are not obliged to book any rooms if you do not wish to do so.
If you are staying at the hotel the night before your wedding, you will have the comfort of your own spacious private suite to relax and prepare for your special day. If you are not staying the night before, please speak with our Wedding Team, who will be delighted to discuss the options available to ensure you have a comfortable space to get ready.
Yes, we have ample complimentary car parking for your guests.
Yes. There are 3 churchs within a 10-minute drive from the hotel. Our Wedding Team will be happy to provide you with contact details.
Yes, of course. Our experienced wedding team are happy to guide you through this process.
Our Garden Suite is a beautiful room for indoor ceremonies or if you wish to get married outside you have the option of our stunning pier overlooking the lake.
To have your ceremony with us, all you have to do is book your celebrant and let us know the time. If it is a civil ceremony we have a little paperwork to fill out for you but we can take care of all that.
We just have a little paperwork to complete and send back to the registrar.
We have a room hire fee of €750 to host a ceremony onsite. With this, you receive a private room for your ceremony with the PA system included.
Our Garden Suite offers the perfect atmosphere for you and your guests to enjoy a private drinks reception, or our Garden Terrace in sunny weather!
Treat your guests to a warm welcome with a selection of Prosecco, bottled beer, freshly brewed tea and coffee and our homemade cookies. If you would like to enhance your drinks reception, we also offer a range of upgrade options, including freshly baked scones, delicious canapés, signature cocktails, and much more.
Yes, we offer menu tasting for the couple in advance of the wedding, at a time that suits you.
We recommend that you allow for half a bottle of wine per guest. We only charge for the amount of wine that is consumed on the day.
We agree on a suitable time with the couple in advance. Usually, we call guests to dinner from 5pm. Dinner service commences no later than 6pm.
This depends on the number of guests to serve but on average, service will take 2.5hours.
Yes, we are more than happy to cater for any dietary requirements when notified in advance.
Yes, we can offer a special menu for kids attending the wedding.
Yes, we provide a toastmaster on the day but you are welcome to use your own also.
On your wedding day, we provide a range of thoughtful touches to make your celebration truly special, including a red carpet welcome, a Champagne reception for the bridal party, elegant top table floral arrangements, and centrepieces for your guest tables. We also provide a cake stand and cake knife, along with personalised menus, table numbers, and a beautifully presented table plan to complete your reception.
Music finishes at 2am
The bar closes at 1.30am. It then reopens for residents from 2am to 3am.
Non-residents must vacate by 3am.
Yes. Please ask your Wedding Coordinator for our suppliers list.
Yes, we provide a post box for guests to deliver cards. These are then brought to the safe in the honeymoon suite. Gifts are brought to the honeymoon suite also.
You can provisionally hold a date for two weeks then a deposit of €3,000 is required to secure that date. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Yes. We are happy to work with our couples to arrange a payment plan, provided that 50% of the outstanding balance has been paid six months before your wedding date.
Our package prices vary according to the day/date.
Your wedding deposit can be paid in person by cash or card, over the phone by card, or by bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept payments by cheque.
We have many beautiful locations for photographs on the day including our famous pier, Christina’s place, the Lovers Bridge, The Boathouse or our lookout area.
