Donegal – Slieve League

Wild Atlantic Tour

Enjoy a tour along a part of the Wild Atlantic Way in County Donegal with our Qualified Guide. Travel along the rugged and breath-taking Coastline of South & West Donegal. 

Visit Ireland’s Premier Fishing Port at Killybegs, then along the scenic coast road through the quiet village of Kilcar to the Highest Sea-cliffs in Europe at Slieve League. (Sliabh Liag)

Then continue to the beautiful Silver Strand Beach at Malinbeg before a stop at the Famous Folk Village in Glencolmcille.

Then return home via the magnificent Glengesh Pass through the town of Ardara. Stops for Coffee & Lunch (not included) will be made along the way. A memorable tour is promised.

Glenveagh National Park

Letterkenny or West Donegal

Your chance to visit one of Irelands most beautiful National Parks. Guided by your driver, this tour begins at Harvey’s Point. Your guide will transport you northwards into the heart of Donegal and the magnificent Glenveagh Castle and Gardens. Here you will have time to explore and enjoy the jewel in the crown of Donegal. Explore the wonderful gardens and enjoy a tour of the Castle, built in 1869 and where you will learn about the history of those who owner and resided in the castle.

Take a leisurely coffee or lunch break in the castle tearooms.

Your guide will then transport you to the County Town of Letterkenny. Here you can visit St. Eunan’s Cathedral and enjoy lunch and a little retail therapy before returning to your accommodation. Alternatively travel west through the Derryveagh Mountains. Stop at the ‘Bridge of Tears’ before passing through the famous ‘Poison Glen’, passing Mount Errigal, Donegal’s highest mountain, then onwards through the Irish speaking, Donegal Gaeltacht. Stop in the quiet town of Glenties, 5 times winner of Ireland’s Tidiest Town, before returning to Harvey’s Point. 

This tour is conducted by a qualified tour guide with pick-up at Harvey’s Point. 

Note: Entry Fee to the Glenveagh National Park and lunch are not included.
