Glazed Honey Baked Ham

A traditional recipe for that perfect baked ham!

• Use a prime bacon loin & steam at 100°c for 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Mix 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard.
• Once the ham is steamed, drain excess water and glaze the ham with honey & mustard mix.
• Sprinkle a layer of brown sugar on top.
• Roast in a preheated oven at 170°c for 15 minutes.
• Remove from the oven, rest for 15 minutes, carve and enjoy.
